Unable to update price on the items synced from Shopify, MSM disconnected

What is the shop or customer experiencing?
- They are not able to update the retail price of the items which are showing Shopify logo, however, they have stopped using Shopify in 2023 and MSM is also not connected currently.
What is the expected behavior?
- If the MSM is not connected then the synced items will not show Shopify logo and comply with the retail price change which the shop did in the CS account.
What error messages are there?
- No error message, it's just not updating the prices on the products which were previously synced from shopify.

What settings were checked? Setup >> MSM.
