Shop is getting an error when they attempt to upload photos on mobile after we changed to the new product page

They are on an iPhone using Safari.

They've tried chrome as well.

They've tried being on Data and on Wifi

It works on their computer

They have plenty of memory left on their phone

Support is unable to replicate on any of our devices
