What is the shop or customer experiencing:
  • A Customer specific coupon was created for all the customers in bulk. The shop wants to delete the coupon and want to check who created it.
What is the expected behavior:
  • The log entry should record and display the user ID of the person who created the bulk coupon batch, matching the behavior when selecting 100 or fewer customers on a single page.
What error messages are there: NA
Did you replicate:
  • Created a New coupon by selecting the all existing customers in CS dashboard, as page only shows the maximum count till 100. And then found that the shop logs is not showing the user ID of the person who created the coupon.
• What settings were checked:
  • Coupon tab >> Customer specific coupon batches >> VIP coupon.
• Provide examples, sku, order #, customer names, and screenshots where possible. Sandbox account snapshot attached below:
