When a video is posted to Facebook, and the product is linked by entering the SKU into the post (which auto-links the product), the video plays without audio on both the mobile app and the website when viewed through the product page. However, if the video is posted via the broadcast application and then linked to the post, the audio is audible on both the app and the website.
The video posted via Facebook and linked to the product by SKU should have audible audio on the app and website.

Tested on a sandbox account by posting a video, editing the SKU to auto-link it to the product post, and then checking the video on the app and website. Confirmed the audio was not audible.
Checked video format, size, and relevant settings, including Facebook Connect and auto-post settings.
