Shop is positive that viewer count is not updating to match actual number of viewers in app.
She states that a minimum of 5 viewers are in App, but counter remains at 1. 
Other shops are seeing the FaceBook viewer count not updating but app counts do.

from Jendii Clothing's last live, the viewer count dropped to 0 after 17 minutes, but she always has tons of viewers on FB

Jendii Clothing's viewer count did not update through the live (this is from her last live 1/23/21), and remained at 80 from the 3 minute mark until the live ended close to 7 hours later. Data on the live history tab only shows her viewer count drop at the 2hrs and 50 mins, but she was live from about 2:30 (PST) until around 9:30 pm (PST)
