Ability to send out emails to customers.

Shop would like to have the ability to send out emails en mass from the CS dashboard instead of having to utilize a service (such as Mail Chimp).

I want to be sure to clarify, not only a bulk email ability, but also an individual email ability. Maybe I have one customer who has items in their cart and I want to remind only them. Having some flexibility with emails would be HUGE.

This would also be helpful if we need to send a reminder or note to a customer on their specific order.

Talk about trying to simplify things … this would be WONDERFUL!!! Even just to be able to email individual customers regarding their orders straight from CS on their profile page … YES!

Shop froufrou would like to be able to send individual emails to customers directly from CS dashboard/ customer list. This is needed sometimes to communicate with customers about an order, and they currently have to copy/paste email into a third party service.

Yes. Would love to do mass emails and mass text to people through CS. It’s too much extra time to have to export and then import to another system
