Confirm there are not already settings or features that do what the shop is asking for.
Yes, confirmed. I have checked the product and shop-level settings. There is no toggle or setting to control brand name capitalization. The system automatically forces the text into lowercase upon saving, regardless of how it is typed. It's happening on for the NPS screens and working perfectly fine in the OLD product Screen.
"Shop also want to make sure to capitalize the brand name in a proper way like in basic grammar/writing form".
What does the shop want the product to do?
The shop wants the system to respect and retain the exact capitalization they use when typing a brand name into NPS screen. If they type "BRAND Name" or "BRAND", the system should save and display it with that exact upper/lower case formatting, rather than defaulting everything to lowercase.
Why/how would it improve sales or efficiency?
This is a major brand compliance issue. Many wholesale vendors have strict trademark and licensing rules regarding exactly how their brand name must be displayed (e.g., all caps, camelCase). If our system forces their names into lowercase, shops risk violating their vendor agreements, which could result in them losing access to sell those brands entirely. Fixing this ensures our shops remain compliant with their suppliers and keeps their storefronts looking professional and accurate for shoppers.
