Shopstar147 asked to be able to bulk edit quantities from product screen. This comes in handy when doing live from market. Being able to just quickly zero out qty from multiple items all at once from a particular vendor.

WHATTTTTTTTT I JUST SPENT 3 DAYS TAKING PHOTOS, TYPING UP MY 223 ITEMS MORE LIKE 300++++ ITEMS WITH ALL THE COLORS, SIZES, VARIENTS ETC...AND NOW I GOT EVERYTHING COUNTED TODAY AND NEED TO ENTER THAT DATA AND COMMENT SOLD IS TELLING ME THAT I HAVE TO EDIT EACH ITEM ONE BY ONE ARE YOU KIDDING ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU NEED TO DO BETTER THIS IS CRAZY....IF I HAD A FEW ITEMS OK BUT OVER 220 ITEMS ONE BY ONE IS CRAZY ! ! ! ! PEOPLE HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR THIS SINCE 2019 ! ! !COME ON ! ! I WANT TO SELL SELL SELL AND MAKE ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh sooooo he now tells me it is NOT supported but i can do this exporting and importing a csv file and editing with excell....here goes nothing....hope i do not loose days worth of work !

SOOOO I have to add....that I was able to do the bulk edit by exporting the csv file....changing the quantity in excel spread sheet...save it then import it back in....there was an error and it kicked back...that "NO data was imported dur to the below error: The cost must be at least 1.....meaning my cost of the item which was less then 1.00 like .25 or .50 ALL of that had to be changed in the file.....I changed it all to $1.00 then it was fine....OMG IT WORKED YES IT WORKED....but omgggggg why do all the costs have to be more then 1.00......that is not the price I pay for my items.......whewwwwwwwwwwww now I can sleep it took me about a half an hour to do the data changes and get the file moved back over...thank god I took some of this stuff in school and can type fast....please make this process better....my 60 year old dad would have NEVERRRRR been able to do this....my bf was like what is a csv....and how do you work in Excel......PLEASE help me help your customers I can not be the only one that needs this feature. the easier it is for me to use this software the MORE $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ we BOTH make !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THanks

Update Product Inventory, Mark Received, and Add to Collection in Bulk

Shop would like to be able to do intake quickly by putting in a purchase order number, choosing which products were received with that order, and marking what inventory quantity was received. Shop would also like to be able to mark multiple products to be in "Received" status at the same time and add them all to a collection (Example: New - In Stock Now). Shop is having to update this information in multiple places (opening each product, marking received, updating quantity, adding to collection) and would prefer to be able to handle this all at once.

Shop Box Car Quilts would like to also update inventory quantity in bulk. This would be helpful for shops who use CS to manage both in store and online inventory.

This is insane that this is not a standard feature. We have thousands of products and the idea of having to update them one by one is stressing me out where I am unsure if we should continue forward

DezLin Developer: I was just able to do it by exporting a csv file in excel changing the quantiy...saving it then importing it back in.....I was stressed to the max....BUT I was able to edit 220 items over 300 with the sizes and colors/different varients...contact support they will send you a video link to watch it was easy for me I do have knowlede of excel but think if you do not you can figure it out...just read the headers at the top and be careful not to edit anything but the quantity For me it was column U and titled Inventory Quantity

Adding: it would be amazing to include a toggle in the time that you are doing an event and would like to update all inventory to 0 quantities then re-enable your quantities back to the original set.
