Coupon: Minimum Item Purchase

Confirm there are not already settings or features that do what the shop is asking for.
Currently, our platform does not support advanced coupon settings that allow for "Buy More, Save More" logic. Merchants are looking for a way to incentivize bulk purchases through coupons, but the existing feature set lacks the flexibility to apply discounts based on the specific quantity of items added to the cart.
What does the shop want the product to do?
We need to introduce a Tiered Discount capability within the coupon creation settings. This will allow shops to create a single coupon code that dynamically increases the discount value based on the number of qualifying items a customer purchases.
Why/how would it improve sales or efficiency?
Business Value & Impact
Increases Average Order Value (AOV): Encourages customers to add more items to their cart to reach the next discount tier.
Improves Sales Efficiency: Helps merchants move inventory faster by selling 3, 5, or 10 items at a time rather than single units.
Competitive Parity: Aligns our coupon functionality with standard e-commerce expectations, increasing merchant satisfaction and retention.
Suggested Functional Requirements
Tier Configuration: Allow merchants to add multiple "Quantity Threshold" and "Discount Value" rows when creating a coupon.
Discount Types: Support both percentage-off (e.g., 10% off) and fixed amount-off (e.g., $10 off) per tier.
Cart Validation: The system should automatically calculate and apply the correct tier discount at checkout based on the final eligible item count.
