Use the sku as the identifier so I don't have to assign an identifier to every item I want to show. Of course set this as an option, so those that don't want to use it don't have to.

is there a way for the system to auto populate the number you enter for each piece to match can the sku when creating a live selection? We are finding that part to be very time consuming when I sometimes have hundreds of pieces to show. It would be amazing for that to automatically populate and match so we don’t have to manually key it in each time.

Danielle Baker: you can use dynamic with barcodes, it's even better and it'll be fully supported with live in the mobile app
Otherwise there is no way for the overlay to know what product you are selling at the time. Have you tried it?

Brandon Kruse: I personally imported straight from Shopify and have SKU numbers already set up. This is why I needed my SKU numbers to be identifiers. I also have the option with buyitlive to select my entire inventory. I don't know if that's an option with you all yet?

Danielle Baker: with dynamic you can sell any item at any time. We decided NOT to allow all products into a single selection purely because then CS won't know what product you are on so if you ever used the mobile app or live on the website (bypassing facebook) - but we won't know what item you are on for the banner
