There are currently no settings or features available in CommentSold that enable or display "sold" comments during pre-recorded live sales. As confirmed by support in the conversation, the toggle to display real-time claim notifications on the monitoring screen exists only for standard live streams, not for pre-recorded lives.

The shop wants CommentSold to add a toggle on the pre-recorded video monitoring screen that enables real-time "sold" comments (claim notifications) to display on screen in the mobile app whenever a viewer selects an item to add to their cart during a pre-recorded broadcast—matching the current functionality of standard live sales.

How / Why It Improves Sales & Efficiency

On-screen claim notifications create immediate FOMO (fear of missing out) and social proof. Seeing other shoppers actively claim items creates buying momentum and encourages viewers to check out before inventory sells out.
