Confirm there are not already settings or features that do what the shop is asking for: Currently, our system requires a shipping label to be tied to a specific Order ID or a Return RMA. While Flex Labels give the shop great control over the package dimensions and carriers, there is no "Manual Label" or "Quick Ship" tool that allows a shop to simply enter an address and purchase a label (UPS or otherwise) without an existing order in the system.

What does the shop want the product to do: The shop wants the ability to generate a shipping label directly from a Customer’s Profile. Specifically:

* Independent Labels: The ability to select a customer, choose shipping options (using the Flex Label interface) UPS, and purchase a label that is not linked to a sale or a return.

* Standalone UPS Access: To be able to purchase UPS labels at their integrated rates for these manual shipments without having to create a "fake" order to trigger the shipping screen.

Why/how would it improve sales or efficiency: Implementing a "Quick Label" feature would significantly boost efficiency by eliminating the need for shops to create "dummy" orders, which currently distorts sales analytics and inventory data. This streamlined workflow saves roughly 5–10 minutes per shipment, allowing for a faster "surprise and delight" experience when sending gifts or replacements directly from a customer's profile. Additionally, it keeps all shipping expenses consolidated within a single platform, providing clearer financial reporting and removing the need for merchants to use external third-party shipping sites.
