Confirm there are not already settings or features that do what the shop is asking for. : I have reviewed of the current functionality confirms that there are no existing features or settings that allows shop to do the following : Once a Marketing Automation code (such as Win-Back) is issued, it cannot be manually deactivated or expired globally if the automation is turned off later.
What does the shop want the product to do? The shop is requesting critical enhancements to the Marketing Automation system: The ability to completely invalidate or retroactively deactivate outstanding, unredeemed codes once a Marketing Automation feature is toggled "Off" in the dashboard.
Why/how would it improve sales or efficiency? Currently, unexpired codes linger in customer accounts indefinitely. In this specific case, customers redeemed coupons a year or more after issuance (e.g., from mid-2025 to mid-2026). This forces shops to absorb unplanned margin losses on transactions that they had assumed were clear of historical promotional constraints.
