Product displaying "Low Stock" badge instead of "sold out" at 0 inventory

What is the shop or customer experiencing? Items with zero inventory are incorrectly showing a "Low Stock" badge on the webstore instead of showing as sold out or hiding entirely. Additionally, attempting to change or save the low stock value to 0 throws a "Something Went Wrong" error.
What is the expected behavior? If inventory is 0, the item should display as "Sold Out" or follow the "Hide Sold Out" preferences.
If a shop inputs 0 for the low stock badge number, the toggle should auto-disable cleanly without throwing a "Something Went Wrong" error.
What error messages are there? Team has tried to replicate on veryU account "Something Went Wrong" (when trying to save 0 as the low stock number in mobile app settings).
Did you replicate? I have successfully replicated this issue using the VeryU account; I confirmed that items with zero inventory are correctly displaying a "sold out" status. Verified that setting low stock to 0 does not save on the VeryU test environment and throws an error in mobile app.
What settings were checked? I have verified the configuration under Setup > Prioritize Custom Badges Over Other Labels and confirmed that it is currently enabled; however, no custom badge details are defined within the product settings.
