Confirm there are not already settings or features that do what the shop is asking for. Checked all the reports including coupons report, Promotion tab and there is no report showing the data of number of items given away for free under a promotion.

What does the shop want the product to do? The shop wants a report for promotion where they can see the detailed view of products, number of items they have given away for free under a specific promotion. They want this report for all promotions in which the 2025 data is showing.

Why/how would it improve sales or efficiency? It will save a lot of time as the shop has to go manually on each order to check which item they have given as free and count the numbers from the Promotions >> Three dots >> Associated Orders.
