Shop StyleVibe states that as a great deal of their items are handbags, they go through Fedex for better shipping rates. They would love the option to be able to enter a 3rd party tracking number without having to make a note on their order, and for customers to be able to see this information in their accounts.

Frou Frou would like this option as well. They use ShipStation and when labels are recreated, it doesn't automatically pull the updated tracking information over.

Sometimes we have to Fed Ex Items and adding the tracking to CS would be a great customer feature.

Yes we need this! Since we can’t create flat rate labels from within CS we often have to copy and paste the tracking in notes on our end but the customer doesn’t get to see that and has no tracking on their order unless we send an email or something

Yes Please. I use PayPal and it's so much easier to just add a tracking number and an email is sent to them. It's more work to have to create a separate email to send tracking info to customers.
