Shipping Labels - Ability to print shipping labels without printing packing slips

I would like to be able to print just labels at one time vs needing to also print pack slips with them every time. So an option to turn that feature off would be great!

Gah, YES! I know they suggest just printing the labels on regular paper, but DYMO is so much easier and faster. But when we use DYMO, the packing slip prints on a label too which is wasteful of a label. PLEASE DO THIS SOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just don’t print the second page. So I only get the label and not the packing slip.

From: Vamp Girl Glitter this is just a very frustrating problem... how are we to pack an order without the packing slip? so we have to enable bulk printing of packing slips.. then create label.. then we are stuck with the dumb packing slips tied into the label. this is a huge HUGE issue that comment sold needs to address. its taking more time to do all of this.. not less.

Jaclyn Sanborn: yes! It seems like such a simple fix! Have an option to uncheck a box when printing to print without labels. I don’t understand why it’s not an option. I literally waste so many dymo labels printing them and throwing them out, it’s crazy

Yes this. Just make it a button to turn packing slips off.

It’s not ideal, but when you print, you can choose to print specific pages like 1, 3, 5, etc, and that will print only the shipping labels. That’s what we do so we can print packing slips on our laser printer and labels on the label printer. I agree, it would be amazing to have a button that says print labels only and print packing lists only.

Could you give me more detail on what you would like?  It sounds like you want to be able to print packing slips separate from the shipping labels.  What will this solve for you?
I'm guessing that this is so that you can start the picking process separately from having to purchase it.  Is this correct?  How do you wish it would work?  If they were separate, do you have an idea in mind for when and how you'd want to purchase the shipping labels and associate them with the packing slips?

Michael Spiceland: I don’t print packing slips at all. I open them on my phone to pull and pack and then print shipping labels.

Michael Spiceland: I never use packing slips. It would be easier if it was just a function that could be switched off if we choose.

Michael Spiceland: We print packing lists on paper with our logo and thank you note with referral codes on the back and then print shipping labels from the dymo. We need an option to print all packing lists together and all shipping labels together.

Michael Spiceland: we like to pull up the orders on iPads and fulfill as we go. I'd love to be able to print only the labels. I like seeing the piece we are grabbing in color on the device to ensure no mistakes. :)
