Sync Customer's Phone number from Shopify to CS

Confirm there are not already settings or features that do what the shop is asking for. When a customer places an order on Shopify and that order syncs into CS, the customer's phone number is not carried over. Because no phone number exists on the CS customer profile, the shop's phone number defaults to that field — causing it to print on packing slips instead of the customer's actual number.
What does the shop want the product to do? They want the customers full information (along with the phone number) to be printed in packing slips.
Why/how would it improve sales or efficiency? Faster fulfillment: Shop owners and staff can directly contact customers via phone for order issues, delays, or local pickup coordination — reducing back-and-forth and fulfillment delays.
