Originally under Reporting>Waitlist, you were able to see images and SKUs and you had a search bar available to search for a particular SKU that you were looking for. Additionally you can no longer click the customer name to view their customer profile. That functionality has been removed in the new Reporting and the Shops would like it back for ease of use on the fly during lives.
