We also have customers who cannot pay thru Paypal via the app. One did find a workaround (see pics below) but that is frustrating for sure!!
Both have updated versions of the app.

Hey Heather Bickley, Happy to check this for you. I currently show Danielle as having two devices. One is updated to the 3.13.4 version and the other is on version 3.2.30. Can they confirm the app version they are using is the 3.13.4 version?
