Shops are reporting that products that have categories assigned on the products (can be seen when you view the product details page) are not showing said categories on the main Products page

Products with blank compare at price fields are having the retail price come over as 0. Posted products are then showing up as $0 to customers. We have a couple shops chatting in in a panic at the moment over this. Previous behavior was that if the compare at field was blank, it would match the retail price.

What is the shop or customer experiencing: The Shop is seeing a problem where some of their existing "Product Selections" incorrectly show "0" products and "0" potential revenue. What is the expected behavior: It should show all the products that were added to the selection, and the product count and potential revenue should be correct. What error messages are there: There are no error messages showing up. Did you replicate: When I tried to recreate the issue on my own shop, it's happening with mine shop as well What settings were checked: Checked product selection, Checked products has not been deleted Checked products has not been archived Provide examples: Selection Name Product Selection 11.28.25 Black Friday Pt. 1, Product Selection PINK FRIDAY LIVE NIGHT 7pm 11-21-25 Additional Details: It looks like this issue is happening with Product Selections that are about a month old or older. The newer selections seem to be working perfectly.

When two people are entering new products at the same time in CommentSold and it is giving a suggested SKU, the second person might have already used the suggested SKU. When the first person saves their product, they used to get an error message. Now, the product information and details are wiped out and not saved, with no error message. Also, when you start over again, it doesn't suggest a new SKU, so you have to manually check what the next one is and type it in.

Shops would like the ability to delete dropship items from their inventory.

We do not an option to see the logs of changing product bin location under inventory logs Shop want to see the changed product bin location logs under inventory logs. This will help shop to see of which product bin location has been changed from the inventory logs

Shop wants to set the limit for number of Items in the cart up to 10 items for an Individual order As shop does not have variable shipping set and If customers added more than 10 products in the single cart shop would be in loss due to only base shipping set up, however already suggested the shop to set up the variable shipping.

What is the shop or customer experiencing: Shop is trying to add a product in collection but when she trying to hit update product getting error What is the expected behavior: It should be updated without any hassle What error messages are there: The style has already been taken Did you replicate: Replicated on my end getting the same error in shop account, however if I checked on my account everything seems working fine. What settings were checked: Checked product is coming from the Shopify End, Tried to Force Resync the product Checked we do not have any similar SKU added to shop Checked Shop is running on OPS Provide examples: Product SKU: 88680 Product Name: DOORBUSTER: What I Want Dad Jeans by Judy Blue Additional Details: It seems like shop deleted the variant and then again change this or deleted the product then again added, however not sure if it effect anything since shop is running on OPS, if we delete anything it will be hard delete

Customer was able to checkout on Local pickup with No name via PayPal. The email + address is the shop information.

The shop wants the ability to customize the "View Gift Card" landing page. Specifically, they want the option to edit the details displayed on the page where the gift card code is revealed, similar to how they can currently edit the content of their email templates. Confirmed. I checked the Email Templates and Marketing settings. While we can fully customize the email notification that gets sent to the customer, there is currently no setting or HTML editor available to modify the actual "View Gift Card" landing page (the URL that opens when the button is clicked). It would improve brand consistency and the overall customer experience. Currently, the customer transitions from a custom-branded email to a generic, default landing page, which can feel unprofessional or disconnected. Customization would allow the shop to maintain their brand identity through the entire redemption process and provide specific instructions or messaging on that page.
