Products with blank compare at price fields are having the retail price come over as 0. Posted products are then showing up as $0 to customers. We have a couple shops chatting in in a panic at the moment over this. Previous behavior was that if the compare at field was blank, it would match the retail price.

What is the shop or customer experiencing: Shop has a collection "SAVE THE GIRLS LIVE" under the Website content>>Collection it’s showing the 2902 quantity, however all products which is under this collection has “0” stocks What is the expected behavior: It should show the correct quantity What error messages are there: No error message Did you replicate: Replicated on my dashboard and everything is updating fine, additionally I have tried to subtract and add the quantities which reflect instantly under website content>>Collection tab What settings were checked: Checked product does not have any quantity Checked products are assigned to this collection only Provide examples: Collection Name: "SAVE THE GIRLS LIVE" Additional Details: It seems like somehow quantity of products in not getting update, we have checked all products which is added to this collection does not have any inventory, Also we found that under website content>>Collection it's not showing that product is associated with this collection Additionally if we check this under the product tab with filter it is showing products associated with this collection Since quantities are showing differently, it’s also impacting the potential revenues which is showing under the Website Content>>Collection tab

What is the shop or customer experiencing: Shop is trying to add a product in collection but when she trying to hit update product getting error What is the expected behavior: It should be updated without any hassle What error messages are there: The style has already been taken Did you replicate: Replicated on my end getting the same error in shop account, however if I checked on my account everything seems working fine. What settings were checked: Checked product is coming from the Shopify End, Tried to Force Resync the product Checked we do not have any similar SKU added to shop Checked Shop is running on OPS Provide examples: Product SKU: 88680 Product Name: DOORBUSTER: What I Want Dad Jeans by Judy Blue Additional Details: It seems like shop deleted the variant and then again change this or deleted the product then again added, however not sure if it effect anything since shop is running on OPS, if we delete anything it will be hard delete

Shop is fetching CSV Report #30 and it shows "Unreceived" in "Product Received" column, however when checked these products under product details we found "All Product Variants Received" option is already checked. In CSV report " product received" column should show as " Received". We have checked few products and found that "All Product Variants Received" option is checked SKU# 95769, SKU # 95194

Credit was removed due to checkout attempt but no order was created and credit was not returned. No failed checkout attempts on Stripe.

Shop has added one inventory for sku-LIZCARDI-D001 jewel red size L but in the logs says they have added 3 times at the same time but shop has not added or decreased items. sku LIZCARDI-D001 jewel red size L

Customer was in process of checking out and the checkout failed the same minute the item expired from cart causing 2 to add back into inventory vs one causing the shop to ovesell the item by 1

What is the shop or customer experiencing: When shop adding team member with option "Copy to new user" getting the error What is the expected behavior: it should be work What error messages are there: "Something went wrong. Shop would like the ability to filter by products that don't have a tag, that way they can go in and add one to any that don't currently have it.

The shop set the qty per page from 15 to 200 and when they bulk add to a collection it reloads and then reverts back to 15 per page- it should stick to the 250 or 200 etc.
