Close the Loop

Currently all products sync through meta commerce, shops would like to automatically exclude sold out products.

When clicking on the product links it should open up the app on the phone that the customer is using. Currently this is routing us to the webstore. This is a shopify shop.

Shop is seeing $0 spent on shipping labels, 0 for total shipping labels and null for average price per shipping label on the Shipping Insights tab.

Discount Divas uses https://discountdivas.com/links to share with customers to take them to the app store to download the app and it's currently routing to another app

With NPS, the option to edit categories under webstore content is no longer there, now replaced with Product Types. Previously you were able to edit the categories there to update your Shop All tab in Mobile App. This removes that option, leaving them with no way to do this.

Shop shared their is a specific customer who did not received the complete loyalty cash back of 12% for an order.

When shop is attempting to submit their screenshots, no matter if they select one at a time, or all three at once, they show up with extra copies of the screenshots. Then, when you go to click request changes, it will not allow you to submit.

Recently, admin carted products have started adding Redo Coverage. There is no way for admins to remove this and no setting to make it so that doesn't happen.

Shop wants to have the CSV report for the Redo return Coverage in terms of comparing the revenue collected on the Redo charges vs the expense charged by Redo.

Customer got charges even after cart expiration, however checkout and cart expiration time was same.
