What is the shop or customer experiencing? The customers are not able to apply coupon code created for local pick and even after changing the payment methods, they are not able to apply the coupon code. It's happening with specific coupons which are made specially for employees of shop. What is the expected behavior? Customers must be able to apply coupons that were created local pick up and also check out using different payment methods. What error messages are there? This coupon is only valid for local pickup. This coupon is only available for local pickups. Did you replicate? Replicated in mobile app and website by adding the items in cart and then applying the coupon and its getting applied, however unable to replicate on checkout due to lack of real payment method during testing. What settings were checked? Went to the Coupons tab on CS dashboard. Gone through the coupon details. Checked the coupon is active and working. Checked if the correct item is added to cart during checkout. Provide examples, sku, order #, customer names, and screenshots where possible.
