Live Sale Bonus Giving Incorrect Loyalty
Adeline Clothing has a customer who did not receive the correct amount of loyalty. After the coupon and store credit was applied, the order total was $34.50. Which would have been $3.45 in loyalty. The shopper only earned $.68. Order number 601347. All items were carted from the Live, and loyalty allowed 15 minutes after the live for checkout. Shopper checked out during the time frame.

CTL | SmartSuggest enabled but not working
Shop has turned on SmartSuggest and it's not showing up on webstore or app. Products are assigned to categories with other products in them. We have tried as a guest and logged in on both platforms and still it does not appear.

CTL - Customer Deleted Account Shop Credit
Customer accidentally deleted her account and has now created a new one. The shop is asking if we're able to see how much credit this customer had, so they can manually add to her new account. Customer information below.

CTL- Mystery item SKU showing in packing slip instead fo the item it should have selected
Shop made a few mystery items and in an order the mystery SKU is showing not the random product it should have pulled from. Same for the packing slip and the packer will not know what product to pull for that customer.

CTL - Local Pickup Packing Slips Print Settings
We've had a few shops chat in about Local Pickup Packing slips printing landscape instead of Portrait. We believe this change happened around Monday 5/5. The current work around is for shops to change their print settings to "Dymo" instead of "Side by Side", but this affects their shipping orders. Have we had any updates to change this?

Team member is attempting to log into their account and is receiving the error message: "Password reset is currently disabled on your account. Please reach out to our support team or use a different email to create a new account."

Internet Broke error while checkout
When adding notes at the time of checkout, customers are receiving error while checkout. This is a known issue, however, for checkout and now happening with the notes section as well. Shop do not have Stripe/CSP/Square setup as payment gateways.
