Within the last week, the shop has had to chat in constantly asking for a Re-Sync from support so their Shopify products will sync over. The Force Re-Sync does work, but really should only be used if Shopify or CS encounters a problem, and we need to force those products over. From the last re-sync, the chat agent noticed 400 changes that went through after a full resync. Support has went through our normal Shopify troubleshooting steps.
