We're looking to require the phone number of customers checking out in the app to maintain better communication throughout the local pick up process.

Shop has been seeing shipping manifests created that show '0' in the Label Count column when there are actually packages attached to those manifests. There will be other manifests that show the full amount of packages, but when you print the manifest, it just shows a fraction of the actual package amount since the rest are accounted for in the ones marked '0'. The shop has been moving on by marking the '0' label count ones as printed, but are concerned that the extra time it takes for them to be scanned again in USPS may put them over their fulfillment time limit with TT in some cases.

As Per Shop: "I think it would be nice to have the option to turn CS flows on after integrating klaviyo and CS because. We have to integrate klaviyo and cs, but that doesn't mean flows through klaviyo will be live automatically, right away. It would be nice to have the CS flows still active pending the klaviyo launch of the flows."

All customer order emails should include the size and color order to minimize customer emails for help

By Alexa Rae is working with a digital marketing company who has noticed a large number of issues when trying to improve SEO for the webstore. They would like to have access to the Sitemap and the ability to create 301 redirects within the system for improved SEO functionality. There are also a number of other things causing major SEO issues which you can find listed in the internal comments of this request.

Sapphire Sky would like the ability to embed their Klaviyo text sign-up code to a landing page on the webstore so they are able to generate a QR code for customers to scan and be taken to that webstore page to sign up for text notifications. Currently, Klaviyo codes are only able to be embedded to the webstore home page.

Shop would like to have the First and Last name of customers separated into individual columns in the CSV generated by using the "Export Customer List" button. Currently the CSV combines the two into a single "Name" column which makes it difficult to import into services like Klaviyo and Mailchimp which use "First Name" and "Last Name" instead.
