Customer got charges even after cart expiration, however checkout and cart expiration time was same.

Shop is saying that product details are showing as incorrect information on the products main screen.

Customer was overcharged on the order #3761278, the item is $54, however, showing subtotal of $122. Customer was charged $114.94 instead of $46.94. Item description showing jumbled, spacing when synced from Shopify to CS. Shop wants to fix this as they have change the item description manually every time in each product before posting. Shop's message: Item descriptions edited by Shopify do not keep the format when posting to the CS App. The description looks jumbled, or the spacing is off. Is there a way the format of the item description can publish to the app correctly without having to be edited each time before posting?

Their is only customer who is unbale to checkout from iPhone on website and mobile app using store credit as payment method.

Shop has multiple customers reporting that they are seeing live as Zoom in in iPad. They have done the troubleshooting and checked the settings by turning the Zoom in off, still the live is showing as Zoom in in iPad and they are not able to see the items or person in full view.
