Confirm there are not already settings or features that do what the shop is asking for. The recent update hid the coupon code input field inside a dropdown menu on the order summary page. This has caused significant user confusion, leading to a noticeable drop in coupon utilization because customers cannot easily locate the option What does the shop want the product to do? What is the shop or customer experiencing?The shop confirms they have not set up or enabled international shipping on their platform. Despite this, certain orders are incorrectly applying international shipping fees. What is the expected behavior? It will charge domestic shipping like normal since the shop do not have the international shipping turned and they have custom shipping setup. What error messages are there? NA Did you replicate? Confirm there are not already settings or features that do what the shop is asking for: I have checked and found that we do not have the option to edit or delete or it seems that the message is coming from Redo that shows at the bottom of the order confirmation emails. What does the shop want the product to do: Shop have an inquiry about the order confirmation emails. They wants to know from where the notes is coming . Also, they want to change the notes. However, the option is not available. Why/how would it improve sales or efficiency: It will send the correct information to the customer also give them the ability to edit themselves.

We have checked and found we only have the ability to disable marketing emails for the customers and not the app notifications. What does the shop want the product to do? Shop want the ability to disable the app notifications for the customers who are creating issues or abusing the system as blocking the customer is not working. Why/how would it improve sales or efficiency? It will help to in removing the unnecessary customers who are taking advantage of the offers.

Currently, when a checkout fails due to a backend validation error (such as a referral code invalidation because the referrer has no address), the system defaults to a generic "There was a problem creating your order" message. There are no settings to enable more detailed or specific error messages for the customer. The checkout error messages needs to be specific and descriptive regarding the cause of the failure. Specifically, if an order cannot be processed due to a Referral Code issue (e.g., the referrer is missing an address or the code is invalid), the error message should explicitly say: "Checkout failed due to invalid referral code" or "Unable to apply referral code." This informs the customer that the coupon is the problem, not the payment method or the website itself. Why/how would it improve sales or efficiency? Reduces Cart Abandonment: When customers see a generic "Problem creating order" error, they assume the website or payment gateway is broken and abandon the cart. If they are told the referral code is the issue, they can simply remove the code and proceed with the purchase.

What is the shop or customer experiencing? A purchasing customer is unable to complete checkout when attempting to use a specific Referral Coupon Code. Upon investigation, the issue is caused by the Referrer (the owner of the code): The Referrer’s account is generating and displaying a Referral Code even though they have no address saved on their file. When the customer tries to use this code, they are getting the error on checkout. What is the expected behavior? The system should not generate or display a Referral Code for a customer until they have input a valid address on their account. If the address is required for validation during the redemption process, the code should not be available to share until that requirement is met. What error messages are there?
