Confirmed. I checked the Email Templates and Marketing settings. While we can fully customize the email notification that gets sent to the customer, there is currently no setting or HTML editor available to modify the actual "View Gift Card" landing page (the URL that opens when the button is clicked).

Currently, the customer transitions from a custom-branded email to a generic, default landing page, which can feel unprofessional or disconnected. Customization would allow the shop to maintain their brand identity through the entire redemption process and provide specific instructions or messaging on that page.
