When the shop is going live, they're unable to link their post to Facebook even though the stream is showing up on their Facebook Page. No comments are being read, no post is showing up on the posts tab even though we've verified that the shop's Facebook is connected properly.

When they attempt to go live to facebook, they're getting an error that says:

Linking Failed

The following channels failed to link. We will not be able to read and sync the comments for the live sale video to that channel.
