FedEx offers different delivery services, but the selection is not visible on FlexLabels.

ParkBench is struggling with surcharges on the FedEx account they have connected. FlexLabels defaults to ground delivery, however the surcharges come from FedEx adjusting the delivery service from Ground to Home Delivery depending on the delivery address.

In addition to the surcharges they are also being charged extra taxes for residential addresses and extended residential addresses. Some charges are a few dollars, but others are almost double the cost of the label, causing huge losses in shipping revenue.

Shop would like more details regarding which services FlexLabels is selecting after choosing Best Rate. So, instead of seeing FedEx in the label purchase stage, they would like to see FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. Or they would also be open to a drop down showing their options so they can select the appropriate service.
