Shop is unable to generate a shipping manifest. They are getting the following error:

An error occurred while creating the shipping manifest. Could not connect to EasyPost (https://api.easypost.com/v2). Please check your internet connection and try again. If this problem persists please let us know at support@easypost.com. Network error [errno 28]: Operation timed out after 60002 milliseconds with 0 bytes received)

We attempted to generate it, but we are getting a 504 error on our end.
