Shops are live and they cannot read comments at all from the app. Facebook comments are coming in selectively but they have to refresh to see them.

Also in the app, if they are watching the live in the app and click the shop button, they only see the items that were shown when they entered the live. If they close out of the live (not the whole app) and go in, everything shown so far comes up.
