What is the shop or customer experiencing? Customers purchasing items during Live sales are incorrectly receiving loyalty rewards. The shop has the "Loyalty for Live" setting explicitly turned off. Additionally, the specific products purchased in these orders are not part of any active collection-based loyalty campaigns. It happened with most of the orders from Live.
What is the expected behavior? Customers should not receive loyalty rewards for Live sale orders when the "Loyalty for Live" toggle is disabled. Furthermore, items that are not included in an active loyalty campaign collection should not grant reward points.

What settings were checked?
  • Navigated to the Setup tab >> Loyalty Program.
  • Verified that the Loyalty for Live toggle is turned OFF.
  • Reviewed active loyalty campaigns and cross-referenced the order items to confirm the products do not belong to any collections currently offering rewards.
