What is the shop or customer experiencing: A shop team member is unable to duplicate products. Every attempt results in a "Failed to create duplicate product" error, despite the member having the necessary permissions.
What is the expected behavior: The team member should be able to select a product and create a duplicate copy without a server failure message.
What error messages are there: "Failed to create duplicate product."
Did you replicate: Yes. After obtaining permission, I logged into the team member's account and confirmed that the duplication process fails consistently.
What settings were checked: Permissions: Verified that the team member has the "Products" or "Edit/Duplicate" permissions enabled.
*Account Sync: Observed a significant mismatch in user data. The user is logging in with jenna_schuett@hotmail.com, but the system records show the email as change-this-1723489657-ashleytuszkowski2792@gmail.com.
