Live Sale Bonus Giving Incorrect Loyalty

Adeline Clothing has a customer who did not receive the correct amount of loyalty. After the coupon and store credit was applied, the order total was $34.50. Which would have been $3.45 in loyalty. The shopper only earned $.68. Order number 601347. All items were carted from the Live, and loyalty allowed 15 minutes after the live for checkout. Shopper checked out during the time frame.

The LIVE bonus is really setup for it has to be added from the actual LIVE sale. This customer added 2 of the items from a POST vs the live sale -- even though the 2 items were in the live - they were not added via the LIVE. We are working to expose this info onto the orders - We should have this launched soon to make it easier to verify.
