Shop is reporting that partial refunds issued through CommentSold are not fully reflecting in PayPal. While CS logs multiple refund transactions, only a subset of these are visible in the merchant's PayPal activity.

It appears that when multiple refunds are issued for an order, specifically when the amounts are identical or issued in quick succession, PayPal only process the first instance of that amount and skips the others.
