Feature: A dedicated action button labeled "Refund Shipping" integrated directly into the "Tag" icon menu within the Order/Fulfillment overlay.
Why is it needed? Currently, shop have to "pretend" they are doing a full return just to fix a shipping issue. This involves 5+ manual steps, including typing in numbers and toggling settings. This feature restores the "Direct Path" for shipping-only adjustments, moving the process from a minute-long manual task back to a one-second automated action.
Benefits:
Time Savings: Reduces task time from ~60 seconds of manual entry to a 1-second click.
Accuracy: Eliminates "math errors" or typos where a person accidentally refund a full item instead of just the shipping.
