The shop is experiencing a fulfillment stoppage. Since January 2025, orders are successfully being created in CommentSold but are failing to update as "Fulfilled." This has resulted in a significant backlog of 30,626 unfulfilled entries.
When the ShipStation integration is active, orders placed in CommentSold should automatically sync to ShipStation for label creation. Once a label is generated in ShipStation, the "Fulfilled" status and tracking number should sync back to CommentSold, closing out the order.
The system is failing silently; orders remain in an "unfulfilled" state without a specific error log.
Replication was not performed, but the issue is confirmed via a high volume of live data (30,626 unfulfilled records).
Checked the order status and confirmed that a massive volume 30,626 of orders are stuck in the "unfulfilled" state and Verified that the ShipStation integration was enabled in 2024, yet the fulfillment breakdown began specifically in January 2025.
Attempted a refresh of the connection by instructing the shop to disconnect and reconnect the ShipStation.
