Close the Loop

When adding notes at the time of checkout, customers are receiving error while checkout. This is a known issue, however, for checkout and now happening with the notes section as well. Shop do not have Stripe/CSP/Square setup as payment gateways.

This shop already has an app setup with us, but their mobile app tab is stuck on the new app submission page. They cannot advance past this to change mobile app settings or send out important notifications to app users

Customers are unable to checkout with Paypal on Android Apps as the app gets stuck in processing.

Starting 1/8/25 -- Platform wide, mobile app notifications are failing to send out despite showing in the logs as a send rate of 100%.

International shipping costs are being applied incorrectly to US/domestic customers using Apple Pay on Mobile App.

Shop is not able to create the Flat coupon code for more than $100. She is getting the error- "Discount must be less than $100". We've have replicated it

Superadmin is trying to update the passwords for Team member and getting "something went wrong" error. We tried to replicate and getting the same error. We are also seeing the same error with other updates or deletion attempts with the team accounts

Shop is unable to edit & open the product in CS Dashboard >> Products and getting the error says "Something went wrong".

Shop wants that the Delivery Guarantee should be included on Packing slip OR Invoice.
